Clausen Miller Welcomes Dominique King as Partner in Dallas-Fort Worth Offices
Clausen Miller is pleased to announce that Dominique King has joined the firm’s Texas team in the Dallas-Fort Worth offices. She represents insurers in general liability, products liability, premises liability, professional liability, construction, commercial litigation and insurance coverage litigation.
“Dominique’s experience with high-stakes litigation matters and deep knowledge of the insurance industry will benefit our Texas clients greatly,” Clausen Miller President and CEO Dennis Fitzpatrick said.
Prior to joining the firm, Dominique served as a Senior Litigation Attorney at The Hartford Insurance, where she managed complex cases, conducted risk and exposure analyses and partnered closely with claims professionals to align business and litigation strategy. She also brings vast litigation experience from her previous high-volume litigation practice representing clients in civil and criminal matters. In this role, she handled matters from pre-trial and discovery through trial and appeal.

Dominique earned her J.D. from the University of Arkansas Little Rock (UALR) William H. Bowen School of Law, cum laude, after graduating from UALR with a B.A., cum laude. She has been recognized by the National Association of Women Lawyers and is a graduate of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy Trial Skills Academy. Dominique is licensed to practice in Texas and Arkansas.
