Clausen Miller Welcomes Levy O. Wash, Jr. as Partner in Chicago
Clausen Miller is pleased to announce that Levy O. Wash, Jr. has joined the firm’s Chicago office as a partner. He counsels clients on commercial general liability defense, business litigation, construction claims, employment matters, premises liability claims, medical malpractice claims and insurance coverage claims.
“Levy’s deep knowledge and working experience in the insurance industry will benefit both our clients and the Chicago team,” Shareholder Melinda Kollross said. “His clients will be able to rely on Levy’s industry know-how and litigation experience.”
Prior to joining Clausen, Levy served as senior counsel at a national litigation firm where he defended clients in general liability, business litigation, product liability, employment litigation and medical malpractice matters. He gained insurance industry experience as a field counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.

Levy earned his J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2013, where he served as a research assistant and an admissions advisor. He also received his MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2007 and his B.S. in Human Resources Management from Ball State University in 2004.
