Clausen Miller Welcomes Orlando Partner Michael Colgan and Tampa Associate Sean Kelly
Clausen Miller is proud to announce that it has expanded its reach in Florida by welcoming Michael Colgan and Sean Kelly to the Firm.
Michael Colgan has joined the Firm’s Florida office as a Partner and is based in the Orlando area. Michael has over 12 years of litigation experience, with a focus on first-party property insurance and liability insurance matters. Mike’s experience includes defending various carriers throughout Florida including helping to develop the Orlando office for a Florida insurance carrier’s litigation department.
Sean Kelly has joined the Firm’s Florida office as an Associate and is based in the Tampa area. Sean handles a variety of insurance law issues, disputes, and civil litigation. Sean has prior litigation experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in various areas of law, including class actions, real property, mortgage foreclosures, timeshares, contracts, consumer protection, including debt collection violations. Sean is passionate about protecting both the reputational and financial interests of his clients.
