This program will consist of a panel of three U.S. Supreme Court practitioners discussing a wide range of topics for pursuing an appeal before the nation’s highest court. The panel discussions will include both procedural topics of rules and guidelines for filings so that participants will be able to navigate through the complex process for filings, as well as strategic topics such as when to file and when not to file in certain steps in the process. Participants will have an opportunity to have their questions answered from practitioners with decades of experience before the Court. (1.5 MCLE Credits)
