Clausen Miller extends its sincere condolences to the family and friends of former managing partner Richard “Dick” Clark. Dick retired from Clausen Miller in 2000 after over 40 years of legal practice.
Dick was well-regarded for his excellent client advocacy and strength in his corporate law practice. He was known for his positive demeanor, steadfast work ethic and devotion to his family and community.
“Dick was an excellent attorney and also an incredible colleague with a warm personality,” said Clausen Miller President and CEO Dennis Fitzpatrick. “We are grateful for his positive impact on our firm and will fondly remember him.”
Our thoughts are with Dick’s family and loved ones during this difficult time. Clausen Miller honors the legacy he and his leadership left during his years at the firm
