James Weck and Kimbley Kearney Obtain Summary Judgment in Personal Injury Case in Southern District of Indiana

James M. Weck and Kimbley Kearney (retired) obtained summary judgment in the Southern District of Indiana on behalf of a client who specializes in bathroom remodeling and bathtub installments. The plaintiff alleged that our client negligently installed a bathtub in his bathroom which ultimately led him to slip and fall, causing several injuries. The court concluded the designated evidence conveyed the plaintiff was more than fifty percent at fault as a matter of law for the injuries he sustained and therefore, granted summary judgment in our client’s favor.
