Kearney Elected Fellow In American Academy Of Appellate Lawyers
Clausen Miller P.C. Partner Kimbley A. Kearney was recently elected a Fellow in the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers.
The American Academy of Appellate Lawyers was founded to recognize outstanding appellate lawyers. Academy membership is open only to a person who possesses a reputation of recognized distinction as an appellate lawyer. Academy membership is by invitation only and is limited to 500 members in the United States.
Ms. Kearney is licensed in Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, and New York and is a Managing Partner of Clausen’s Indiana office. In addition to her work in the trial courts, Ms. Kearney has a national appellate practice. Her colleague and partner, Edward Kay, is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers so Clausen now boasts two Fellows in this august organization representing the “best of the best” appellate lawyers.
