Mara Goltsman Elected to Shareholder in Clausen Miller’s New York Office
Clausen Miller is pleased to announce that Mara Goltsman has been elevated to Shareholder, effective January 1, 2026.
Mara heads Clausen Miller’s East Coast subrogation practice and also defends clients involved in litigation ranging from professional malpractice — including medical, dental and other health care provider malpractice — to various general liability claims, which include premises liability, personal injury and labor law cases. She also handles workers’ compensation claims for various carriers.
“Mara has been an invaluable member of the Firm’s subrogation and litigation defense team,” Clausen Miller President and CEO Dennis Fitzpatrick said. “We are excited to see Mara continue to advance in her career providing excellent client service.”
Mara graduated from Brooklyn Law School with her J.D., after which she worked for the New York City Law Department and served as a defense attorney at a medical malpractice firm. She joined Clausen Miller in 2007.
