Melinda Kollross and Don Sampen Selected to 2026 Illinois Super Lawyers Publication
Clausen Miller is proud to announce that Super Lawyers named two of the firm’s attorneys to the 2026 Illinois Super Lawyers List.
Shareholder Melinda S. Kollross was selected to the list for an 11th straight year for her success in her Appellate practice. This is Melinda’s 17th selection on the Super Lawyer list.
Partner Don R. Sampen was recognized on the list for a 15th consecutive year and for the 18th time overall. He was honored for his achievement in his Insurance Coverage, Appellate and Business Litigation practices.
Melinda is the Chair of Clausen’s Appellate & Trial Monitoring Practice Group and handles post-trial and appellate litigation for clients nationwide. She has litigated over 200 appeals in various state and federal reviewing courts and has participated in three appeals before the United States Supreme Court.
Don has over 30 years of trial and appellate litigation experience, including insurance coverage and commercial litigation. He has argued appeals in the Illinois Supreme Court, all five appellate court districts in the state and in various state appellate and federal appeals courts.
