Yesy Sanchez Wins Motion to Change Venue from Bronx to Queens County

Congratulations to Yesy Sanchez on his successful motion to change the venue of a New York personal injury lawsuit. The suit was originally incorrectly filed in Bronx County based on a public entity named as a defendant. The court dismissed the complaint against the public entity because the lawsuit was untimely, resulting in the plaintiff waiving the right to select the venue. The court then granted the cross-motion to change venue to Queens County, where the accident occurred.
