Yesy Sanchez Elected Assistant Budget Officer of the ABA Section of Administrative Law & Regulatory Practice
Clausen Miller Partner Yesy Sanchez was unanimously elected as Assistant Budget Officer for the ABA Section of Administrative Law & Regulatory Practice at the 2024 ABA Annual Meeting on August 3, 2024. Elections also took place for new section leadership in the Chair, Vice Chair, Budget Officer, Section Delegate, Secretary and Section Council Member positions.
The ABA Section of Administrative Law & Regulatory Practice serves as the home base for lawyers who work for, interact with or study government entities. The Section seeks to enhance administrative attorneys’ professional development and further the critical public interest in effective, efficient and fair administration at all levels of government.
Yesy Sanchez is a partner in Clausen Miller’s New York office. His practice focuses on the defense of personal injury, premises liability, construction accidents, motor vehicle accidents and other tort cases. Yesy has represented clients in matters brought before the New York State Department of Labor, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Commission on Human Rights and the Taxi and Limousine Commission. He has represented the interests of insureds, including commercial vehicle operators, contractors, vendors, architects, engineers, premises owners, products manufacturers and a wide-array of other industries.
