Biography

Brianda Herrera is an Associate with Clausen Miller P.C., in Mission Viejo, California. Prior to joining Clausen Miller P.C., she worked for an insurance defense firm where she gained significant experience in law and motion practice. There, she defended medical providers and successfully wrote and won multiple summary judgment motions on their behalf. She also worked side-by-side with the Senior Partner in trial preparation efforts.

Brianda is licensed to practice law in the State of California and is authorized to appear before the Central District of California. She obtained her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and a B.A. in History and Political Science, from the University of California, San Diego. Upon graduating from law school, she had the privilege of being a Post-Graduate Fellow with the American Board of Trial Advocates, where she learned deposition and trial strategy from leading trial attorneys. Brianda is fluent in Spanish and enjoys employing her language skills whenever the opportunity arises.

Outside of the office, she enjoys hiking Palos Verdes with the Sierra Club and attending art galleries.
