Biography

Erin Rutherford is an associate based in Clausen Miller’s Dallas office. She successfully navigates clients through all aspects of insurance law.

Prior to joining Clausen Miller, Erin was a term law clerk for the Wyoming Supreme Court, where she drafted judicial opinions and prepared bench memoranda for court proceedings. While in law school, she enjoyed intern opportunities with Texas Health Resources, Texas Health Services Authority, and Cook Children’s Health System.  In her role as president of the Aggie Health Law Society, Erin worked to bring awareness of health law to the greater student body.

Erin earned her J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law in 2022 and her B.S. from University of Wyoming in Biology and Environment & Natural Resources in 2013.
