Biography

Michael Raudebaugh is a Partner in Boca Raton and member of Clausen’s Appellate & Trial Monitoring Practice Group, who also handles first party property disputes. Michael serves as monitoring counsel in cases around the country, providing support to trial attorneys to present effective pre-trial motions and make appropriate objections to preserve issues for appeal. After trial, he has worked in both Florida and around the country in drafting appellate briefs and presenting arguments to appellate courts on behalf of his clients in state and Federal courts. In addition to his current work in appellate practice and first party litigation, Michael is also experienced in the areas of contract disputes, general civil litigation, and real estate disputes. During his legal career, Michael has had the opportunity to represent businesses and individuals in state and federal court on both the plaintiff and defense sides. He is a member of the Florida Bar’s Appellate Practice Section.

Michael is a native Floridian who graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in History, and then went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School. He is licensed to practice law in Florida and is admitted to practice in all State and Federal Courts in Florida. When not at work, Michael enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife and three children.
