Biography

Michael R. Tucker, Jr. is a Partner at Clausen Miller’s New Jersey and New York offices.  His current practice areas include first-party property, liability insurance coverage and subrogation.  For nearly ten years, he has focused on providing pre-litigation consultation as well as in-action representation to insurance carriers.

Prior to joining Clausen Miller, Michael worked at national and large regional firms representing carriers and insureds in first-party and third-party coverage and defense actions in both New York and New Jersey.  After graduating from law school, Michael was a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Jamie S. Perri, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Monmouth Vicinage.

Michael was admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey in 2011. Graduating Cum Laude, he received his Juris Doctor Degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2011. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from The College of New Jersey in 2007.
