Biography

Paris T. Baker is an associate in the Florida office of Clausen Miller. Paris has extensive experience in handling insurance defense matters, first party property claims, transactional matters and product liability claims.

Prior to joining Clausen Miller, Paris was an associate attorney at a national full-service law firm, where she determined best strategies to develop initial plans of action and drafted examination under oath responses, reservation of rights letters and coverage determination opinions for clients. She has also worked as an executive legal assistant, a summer associate at a litigation firm and a law clerk for a top insurance defense firm.

Paris graduated cum laude from the Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law at Barry University in 2020. While in law school, Paris was the senior editor of Law Review and the recipient of the Top 10% Academic Scholarship, Paul C. Perkins Bar Association Scholarship and the Book Award in Commercial Law. Paris also coached varsity basketball at Montverde Academy in Clermont, Florida while earning her J.D.

Paris received her B.S. in Information Technology, cum laude, from Armstrong State University in 2016 and her A.A. in Mathematics and A.A. in Computer Science, cum laude, from East Georgia State College in 2014. She received numerous awards and accolades, including the Dedication Award, the Bobcat Award and Dean’s List honors for her work ethic and leadership skills.
