Biography

Robert Strodtman is an associate in Clausen Miller’s Chicago office. He counsels insurers and defends insureds in all aspects of casualty litigation for a wide range of industries, including medical malpractice, commercial transportation, product liability, commercial general liability, worker’s compensation, and appellate trial monitoring. Rob handles all aspects of a case from intake to litigation to resolution. Rob skillfully represents clients with his extensive experience in trial preparation, taking and defending depositions and preparing complex motions and responses.

Prior to joining Clausen Miller, Rob practiced at a boutique Illinois-based firm handling personal injury, wrongful death, and workers’ compensation claims. He was also an associate at a Chicago law firm focusing on business litigation for midmarket U.S. companies, nonprofit corporations, and entrepreneurs.

Rob earned his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2015 after receiving his B.S. from Calvin University in 2009. While in law school, he served as a Staff Editor for the Consumer Law Review.
