Nicholas W. Travis will share insights on property coverage at the Property & Liability Resource Bureau (PLRB) 2024 Claims Conference and Insurance Services Expo in Boston, Massachusetts on Tuesday, March 19 and Wednesday, March 20.
Nick will present in the educational breakout session “Property Case Law Developments: Personal Lines.” Throughout the session, Nick will:
- Describe how recent case law impacts claim investigation techniques.
- Identify key investigative materials and methods to assist in claim evaluation.
- Practice reasoning skills to apply policy provisions to factual scenarios.
- Analyze property insurance coverage issues from national and state courts.
