Clausen Miller Celebrates First Anniversary in Texas
As of August 1, 2023, Clausen Miller proudly celebrates one year of providing outstanding client service in Texas.
The Firm opened its first Texas office in 2022 with Ramy Elmasri, who serves as the Firm’s Managing Partner for the Texas market. Since then, the Firm’s presence in the state expanded with the opening of its Dallas office in February 2023. The Dallas office saw the addition of Partner Ron Burnovski, who has a long history of insurance defense victories in Texas, California and New York.

Ramy Elmasri’s experience includes first-party property and casualty/liability defense including the representation of insurers and their insureds in large exposure claims. He has extensive state and federal court litigation, trial and appellate experience.
Ron Burnovski is a trusted advisor to insurance carriers in all stages of claims litigation and focuses his practice on first-party property coverage, managing all manner of claims from those involving pandemic-related business interruption to weather to construction defect.
