Irene Thaler and Kelly Vogt to Discuss Damage Assessment and Mediation in Property Insurance Claims at WIND Conference in Orlando
Clausen Miller attorneys Irene Thaler and Kelly Vogt will share their insights on damage assessment disputes and mediation at the Windstorm Insurance Conference (WIND) on January 25 in Orlando.
Irene will present “The Art of Estimating,” examining the most common disputes between professionals in the damage assessment process. Kelly will present in the “Mediation Pro Tips: Negotiation Hacks for Overcoming the Impossible” workshop, exploring best practices to resolve a conflict even when an agreement seems unfeasible.
Aimed at the property insurance claims industry, the WIND Conference’s mission is to provide professional development, training, and networking opportunities to defense and policyholder representatives to improve the industry.
Irene concentrates her practice in coverage, bad faith litigation, and first-party property defense litigation. She assists admitted and surplus line insurers in all aspects of coverage disputes, including pre-suit investigations and coverage evaluations, declaratory judgment actions and bad faith litigation.
Kelly focuses her practice on first party property and insurance coverage matters. She is also experienced in the areas of third party liability, appellate law, general civil litigation, and professional liability defense.
