Michael Scott to Attend 2023 Florida Bar Fall Meeting
Michael Scott will attend the Florida Bar 2023 Virtual Fall convention on October 19 and 20 as a Fellow for the Florida Bar’s Wm. Reece Smith, Jr. Leadership Academy. In line with the goals of the Leadership Academy, the convention will provide legal professionals the opportunity to engage in committee meetings and leadership development seminars intended to advance their careers in law.
The convention will offer meetings covering a variety of topics, including professional ethics, civil procedure rules, mentoring new attorneys and federal court practice.
Michael focuses his practice on first party property insurance and worker’s compensation defense. He has substantial experience representing Florida’s largest homeowner’s property insurance companies and defending municipalities and national companies in high exposure worker’s compensation cases.
