Former Clausen Miller Partner Richard Brownell and Five New Attorneys Join the Firm

Clausen Miller is excited to announce the return and homecoming of partner Richard J. Brownell. Richard brings with him his outstanding team of partners Chelsea A. Kearney and David A. Peskanov and associates Mariama H. Sidique, Aicha Kyria Aimé-Marcelin and Alexander Sieger.

Richard and his team concentrate their practice on general liability, products liability, premises liability, professional liability, construction, employment discrimination, commercial litigation and insurance coverage litigation. They serve a dedicated client base of liability carriers, brokers and TPAs who are all very excited to work with CM and its international platform of professionals.
